Steven Brennan offers more than 25 years of experience in supervising
all areas of Human Resources. He has worked with numerous financial service
firms and has aided them in developing policies, compensation and benefit
structures, and human resources procedures.
From 1980 to 2001, Steve worked
at Goldman Sachs, where he supervised every HR function, then rose to
Managing Director. Steve’s responsibilities
covered both domestic and international operations, including Director
of HR in Europe. He has considerable expertise in the area of Benefits
and Compensation, and is recognized for his innovative, cutting-edge
approach in developing effective HR programs. Prior to his time at Goldman
Sachs,
Steve’s HR focus was on the manufacturing sector, where in addition
to other HR responsibilities, his role included labor union contract
negotiations.
Steve earned an MBA and a BS in management from Drexel
University.
